A new pet care start up came to YML to help them define their offering and envision what their network of pet service providers could look like as a customer facing product. A pitch team of pet lovers was assembled and we designed a service we’d love to use for our own furry family members.

Pet parents are looking to give their furry loved ones the healthiest, longest life they can. Care has shifted from simply reactionary, to preventative and holistic. People are looking for services that help them provide this higher level of care. From memberships that offer easy access to vets and virtual visits, to discounts on grooming, and health insights from digital devices like smart collars — pet care has gone premium.
